No, this isn’t a request from anyone; this is done by my own choice because I am a Maiko supporter. Sorry to twist your faith in me… Typically, you may expect a more romantic scene like a kiss, hugs, or even displaying some kind of skill… I never knew why showing off to each other would be a positive subject in shipping. I just find the “Comfort” of one another’s presence is romantic enough. This is my Valentine's Gift to all the Maiko’s out there… ^_^

I have added a background, something I hardly do because I was never good at that, but this one just needed one. So I did what I could to make a background by studying the Show’s backgrounds themselves, I had a liking for the Omashu scenery as you may have notice. I was surprised that it didn’t really take as long as I thought it would to make a background. Now I hope to make more of them for other Cel-Styles I work on.

Sometimes I think I didn’t work on Mai’s iris well enough and the shading on some parts of Zuko seems off. Although there are thing’s I do love most, mainly love drawing the hair of both Mai and Zuko, and of course the eyes. Originally I wanted to have a painted look when Photoshopping, but I guess I’m a dedicated Cel-Style Artist, so I stuck to my ways.
